Jagdalpur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day in Chhattisgarh, CRPF 241 Bastariya Battalion has made people aware of yoga by practicing yoga on Tuesday. CRPF officers, men and women jawans as well as students of Atmanand School were present in the yoga practice, who have celebrated International Yoga Day by doing Ashtanga Yoga.

On this occasion, CO A Padma Kumar of Bastaria Battalion talked about including yoga in his lifestyle for a healthy body and spirited mind. He said that along with doing yoga, your acquaintances should also be motivated towards yoga. Because yoga calms the mind and is very important for the health of the body, because in today’s hectic life, people are very stressed, due to which they get surrounded by diseases.

A Padma Kumar further said that people are unable to pay attention to their health due to paucity of time. To stay healthy, one can enjoy a healthy life by doing yoga for half an hour every day. After practicing yoga at CRPF camp located in Sedwa of Darbha block, COA Padmakumar said that the main aim of this year’s yoga is humanity. That’s why he said that everyone should practice yoga.

He said that he does yoga every day in the camp but the surrounding villagers are not aware of yoga. Therefore, in today’s yoga practice, apart from the school students, he made the surrounding villagers aware of yoga by inviting them to the camp and appealed to everyone to do yoga continuously.
