Ingredients for making hemp dumplings-
For the mixture of hemp dumplings-
Chickpea flour 1 cup
Salt 2 cups
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
-amchur 1 tsp
– Cannabis leaf paste 1 tsp
For the hemp dumplings-
– Round chopped onion 125 grams
– Round cut potatoes 125 grams
-oil for frying
Recipe for making hemp dumplings-
To make these, you first put all the ingredients of the dumpling mixture in a vessel.
After this, you prepare a paste by mixing them with the help of some water.
Then you add chopped pieces of onion and potato to it and mix.
After this, you also add cannabis paste to it and mix it well.
Then you put oil in a pan and heat it for frying.
After this, slowly pour 1-1 scoop dumpling batter into it.
Then you fry it well till it becomes light brown in color.
Now your hemp pakodas are ready.
After this you serve it hot with green chutney.
