You can make and eat it very easily in a few minutes, so let’s know the recipe of making Appam of Bathue-
Ingredients to make Bathue Ke Appam-
-1 cup Bathua (boiled)
– cup semolina
– half cup flour
-4 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
– half teaspoon ginger paste
– tsp green chili paste
– salt to taste
-1 tsp oil
1 cup chopped coriander
Recipe to make Bathue Ke Appam-
To make this, first of all, wash the bath and keep it soaked in water for 5 minutes.
After this, filter it with the help of a sieve and boil it.
Then you squeeze the boiled bathua when it cools down.
After this, add mashed potatoes, ginger, green chili paste and salt in semolina and mix it well.
Then you mix this mixture well. After that you make small balls out of it.
After this, heat the appam pan and grease the molds with a little oil.
Then you put the Bathua Appam one by one in these moulds.
After this, cover it and cook it on medium flame for about 3-4 minutes.
Then when the appam is cooked well, then you take it out in a plate.
After that you serve them hot with chutney.
