Ingredients for making Corn Sandwich-
– 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter
1 or 2 small to medium garlic cloves finely chopped
-Sweet Corn Steamed
– Black pepper tsp
-Red Chili Flakes tsp
– salt as needed
– finely chopped 2 small tomatoes
– grated cheddar cheese 3 to 4 tbsp
Recipe for making Corn Sandwich-
To make this, put corn and 1.5 cups of water in a pressure cooker.
After this, you boil it on medium flame by applying 3 to 4 whistles.
Then put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it.
After this, add garlic and fry it for a few seconds.
Then you put corn kernels in it and stir it on low flame for about 1 to 2 minutes.
After this, add salt, pepper and red chili flakes to it.
Then you turn off the gas and add chopped tomatoes and mix it.
After this you let this mixture cool down completely.
Then you put grated cheese in it and keep it aside.
After this, cut off the edges of the bread and separate it.
Then you take all the slices and spread butter evenly on them.
After this you keep the prepared stuffing on it. Then you cover it with another bread slice.
Then you place them in a preheated toaster or grill.
After this, you grill or toast them for 2 to 3 minutes until they are golden.
Then you serve them hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
