After the death of an elderly man who was living in an old age home here for one and a half years, it has come to light that he also has a complete family. Sons and daughters are fighting for the rights over the dead body. These are the same sons and daughters, who in the last one and a half years did not even try to inquire about the whereabouts of the old man. Now after his death, everyone is trying to establish relations for his inheritance rights. The matter is of Paranpur village of Barachwar block. At present the old age home management has refused to hand over the body to the family.
According to the information, Shriram Yadav, living in this village, had 18 bighas of land. About two years ago, his son and daughters showed him the vegetable garden and got this land in their name. However, Shriram Yadav had kept only six kattas of land with himself at that time. Here, as soon as the land was transferred, the sons and daughters left Shriram Yadav destitute. In such a situation, about one and a half years ago, being sad, he left home with the intention of committing suicide, but someone took him to an old age home. Since then he was living here.
Daughter did not come even after calling
Jyotsna Singh, director of the old age home, said that in these one and a half years, no one from her family came to inquire about her whereabouts. In such a situation, Shri Ram Yadav also kept winning by suffocating. He often remained silent and even ate food alone. In the last moments of his life, he started maintaining a little contact with the elders living here. Meanwhile, his health deteriorated and he was admitted to the hospital. During this, he expressed his desire to meet his daughter. According to Jyotsna Singh, she immediately informed her daughter with the help of the police, but the daughter refused to come.

Meanwhile, Shriram Yadav died on Thursday night. As soon as the information about this was received, the son and daughter reached the hospital and started asking for the body for the last rites. Even during this time, none of his two sons and one daughter tried to climb the stairs of the hospital to reach the body kept on the first floor. During investigation, it was found that all these people had come here with the intention of grabbing six katha land lying in the name of Shri Ram Yadav. His wish is that by performing the last rites he will acquire the inheritance rights of Shri Ram Yadav. In such a situation, they have also decided that the dead body will not be given to them until a proper decision is taken by the administration.
