-mustard oil
-Green coriander leaves
-Garlic
-Gooseberry
-Green chilly
-Tamarind
-Black Salt
-cumin powder
-Salt
-Asafoetida
Recipe to make spicy chutney of green chilli and garlic-
To make this, first peel the garlic and cut the gooseberry.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you add cumin and fry it. After this, you also add garlic and fry a little.
After this, add green chilies to it and fry for a while.
Then you also put some pieces of tamarind in it. After that you let this mixture cool down.
Then you grind this mixture in a mixer with coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida and gooseberry.
Now your delicious and spicy garlic and chilli chutney is ready.
Then you put a little mustard oil on top to store this chutney.
After that you store it in a tight container and keep it for 1 week.
