In such a situation, today we have brought for you the recipe of making Gluten Free Aloo Paratha. You can make and eat it in breakfast for a healthy start in the morning. You can easily make and eat it at home, so let’s know the recipe for making Gluten Free Aloo Paratha-
Ingredients for making gluten free potato paratha-
-Multigrain flour 1 1/2 cups
– 1 cup of hot water
– Ghee 1 tsp
– Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Boiled 3-4 potatoes
Green coriander leaves 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Green chili 1 teaspoon finely chopped
Onion 2 tbsp finely chopped
– salt to taste
-Oil for roasting the paratha
Gluten Free Potato Paratha Recipe –
To make this, first of all boil 3-4 for the stuffing of paratha.
After this, knead the multigrain flour with the help of warm water.
Keep in mind that while kneading the dough, you must also add desi ghee and carom seeds to it.
After this, add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and onions etc. to the mashed potatoes.
Then you also add coriander masala, garam masala, amchur powder and chopped coriander in it.
After this you make a dough ball and roll it. Then you put potato stuffing in it and roll it again.
Then you take a non stick tava (griddle) and put some oil in it and put the paratha on it.
After this, you cook it well by applying oil from both the sides.
Then you serve this prepared paratha hot with curd or chutney.
