The woman has said that she is not even able to get information about her mother’s health and her nephews have threatened to blow her up with a bomb. Premlata, who lives here, told that her mother Vimala Devitt lives in Sahaswan, Badaun and is suffering from cancer. To know about her mother’s health, she used to call and talk to her nephews Max and Ashish David every day. When he came to know that his mother’s health was deteriorating and she was kept at home instead of being taken to the hospital, he raised his objection.
When Premlata protested against this, her nephews started abusing her. Fed up with the abuses of her nephews, Premlata hung up the phone. After this she went to the market to buy some things. When she was in the market, her nephews surrounded her and started beating her. His nephews threatened to kill him. When they raised an alarm and asked for help, both the nephews ran away from there.

Premlata has alleged that she is neither able to meet her mother nor talk to her. Whereas both his nephews have become his enemies. After receiving death threats in the market, Premlata’s nephews called her and said that they would not leave her alive and would blow her up with a bomb. The accused nephew told Premlata that there was a big gang behind her. Premlata has recorded this entire incident and has handed it over to the police during her complaint.
