Ingredients for making Gatta curry-

-cup gram flour 1 small
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
– a pinch of asafoetida
Salt 3/4 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
– finely chopped 1/2 ginger
Mint 1 tsp finely chopped
-Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Yogurt and oil to make 1 cup base
-Ghee 1 tbsp
-oil 1 tbsp
-chili 5
– Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
– finely chopped 1 onion
-cloves 8-10
-cassia 1 piece
-finely chopped 5-6 cloves garlic
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
– Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
– salt to taste
1 green chili (chopped in the middle)
Coriander leaves chopped into pieces
Recipe to make Gatte ki Sabzi-
To make this, first dry roast cumin and asafetida and grind it.
Then you prepare the mixture by adding gram flour, spices and cumin in a bowl.
After this, add ginger and mint to it and mix it well.
Then you add about one or half teaspoon of whipped curd and soda to it and start kneading.
If you find the mixture dry, then you can add some more curd and mix it.
After this, you put one or two drops of oil in it, so that it can be kneaded easily.
Then you cut it into long strips.
After this, you boil water in a pan and put the rolls made in them.
Keep in mind that they are very soft, so pour them carefully.
Then when they boil, take out these strips and cut them into small pieces and deep fry them.
After that you can give it any shape of your choice.
Then you make their color light brown, then prepare the base for it.
to base it
For this, put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and heat it.
Then in which you take fried gatte and a big spoon of ghee.
After this, add green chilies and cumin seeds to it and let it turn brown.
Then add onion to it and fry it well.
After this you put cloves, cassia and garlic in it.
Then add turmeric, coriander powder, asafoetida and red chili powder and mix well.
After this, add all the spices and fry it and add salt.
Then you add some water to moisten a pan.
After this, when all the spices are roasted, then you add a little remaining curd to it.
Then you add green chilies to it and mix well.
After this, when smoothness starts appearing on its edges, then you add gatta to it.
Then you add coriander leaves to it and mix it well.
After this, cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes and serve it hot.
