How will you get the benefits of the scheme?
Citizens will be informed about the documents required to avail the service, prescribed fees and other requirements. Along with this, citizens will receive a mobile message regarding the list of required documents and date/time of appointment. After this, specially trained staff will come to their home/office with the tablet and complete the necessary paperwork and give a receipt. You can track your application from this receipt. This scheme will not only increase the convenience of the people but will also eliminate the role of middlemen, thereby ensuring transparency, efficiency and citizen-centric governance.

Green signal given to mobile assistants
Citizens can avail DSD services from December 10 through both the service centers and the dedicated helpline number 1076.
