That’s why today we have brought you the recipe to make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. You can make all the guests happy by making this tasty and delicious dish during the Eid party, so let’s know the easy recipe of making Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani-
Ingredients to make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani-
-meat 1 kg
-Salt 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Roasted onions (optional) as per taste
Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
-Cinnamon stick 3-4
cumin 1 tbsp
– cloves 4
-Mace
Mint leaves as per taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
– curd 250 grams
– Ghee 4 tbsp
Rice 750 grams (undercooked)
-Saffron 1 tsp
– water 1/2 cup
-Oil 1/2 cup
Recipe to make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani-
To make this, first of all, clean the chicken thoroughly and keep it.
Then you add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder and green chili paste in a pan.
Along with this, add roasted onion, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin, clove, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice to it and mix well.
Then add curd, ghee, undercooked rice, saffron, water and oil to it and mix well.
After this, put wheat dough around this pan and cover it.
Then you cook it for about 25 minutes and then turn off the gas.
Now your Hyderabadi Biryani is ready.
Then you garnish it with boiled eggs and carrots and serve it hot.
