Therefore, during Eid celebrations, different types of dishes and sweets are made in homes. On this day people go to each other’s house and greet Eid by hugging. Along with this, people sweeten the mouth of the guests with many dishes and sweet dishes. In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe of making Sheer Khurma. Sheer shurma is made with the help of vermicelli and vermicelli is a traditional sweet dish of Muslims, hence the festival of Eid is considered incomplete without sevai. This dish is rich in khoya and dry fruits, so it looks delicious and delicious, so let’s know the easy recipe of making sheer khurma-
Ingredients for making Sheer Khurma-
-200 grams vermicelli
-2 liters of milk
-2 cups sugar
– a pinch of saffron
-5-6 cardamom
-10 cashew nuts
-10 pistachios
-10 almonds
-3 tsp desi ghee
Sheer Khurma recipe-
To make this, first put ghee in a nonstick pan and heat it on medium flame.
After this, add vermicelli and fry it on low flame while stirring it with the help of a ladle.
Then when the vermicelli turns light brown in color, then you turn off the gas.
After this, take out the vermicelli in a vessel and keep it aside.
Then you put milk in a vessel and keep it to heat on medium heat.
After this, when the first boil comes in the milk, then add saffron and cardamom to it and mix it well.
Then you boil the milk till it becomes half cooked.
After this, add sugar to the milk according to taste and cook it well while stirring.
Then you take cashews, almonds and pistachios and cut them into fine pieces.
After this, when the milk is cooked well, then you add vermicelli and chopped dry fruits to it.
Then you cook it for about 5 minutes and then turn off the gas.
If you like chilled sheer khurma, then you can keep it in the refrigerator to cool down.
After this, garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
