Ingredients for making Egg Cutlets-
– 3 boiled eggs
Potatoes 2 boiled
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
– Cumin 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4-5 chopped
– chopped coriander
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
– salt to taste
-Bread crumbs as required
-oil for frying
Egg cutlet recipe
To make this, put boiled potatoes in a big bowl and mash them.
After this, grate the boiled egg and grate it.
Then you add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, green coriander, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt to it.
After that mix these ingredients well.
Then you add bread crumbs to it and mix well.
This will give a good binding to the egg and potato mixture.
After this, take a little mixture and make it flat and round patties.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium-high flame.
After this, put the patty in it and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
Then you take it out on a tissue paper.
Now your egg cutlet is ready.
Then you serve it hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
