Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Good Governance Mahotsav
On the second day of the Good Governance Festival, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha told how the atmosphere of the valley has changed after the removal of Article 370. He said that the Central Government worked on priority to promote industries in Jammu and Kashmir. After the appeal of the Home Minister, investors are coming to Kashmir. The administration has also worked to remove all the problems of the state. Land for industries is being acquired by removing land record problems. E-tendering has also brought a lot of improvement and Jammu and Kashmir is moving towards development.
First Darbar move, now top in online service
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that when he first reached Jammu and Kashmir, he saw that under the Darbar Move, files were loaded on 217 trucks from Srinagar and were sent to Jammu. This is not the case today because of good governance. Now Jammu and Kashmir is at the top in the country in providing online services. Most government services are being made available online.
Skilled youth of the valley get opportunities for progress
In the Good Governance Festival, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha told that proposals worth Rs 90 thousand crore have come in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to which the youth are getting opportunities for progress. In the last three-four years, work is being done to advance the skilled people of the state. Youth are being selected from every Panchayat and they are being helped for self-employment. He told that earlier Jammu and Kashmir Bank was in huge loss but now in the changed circumstances it is in profit. The youth of the valley are doing good work in startups. We have started a Design and Degree program here. Not only this, 7 lakh sisters of the state are associated with self-help groups. Due to which there has been a change in his life.
Citizen first is the formula of good governance
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that Jammu and Kashmir is performing well today on many parameters of good governance. Jammu and Kashmir is progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Whose formula of good governance has been Citizen First. This is the reason that today the gap between good governance and Jammu and Kashmir has closed. He said that a new manliness has awakened in Jammu and Kashmir.
