Investigation team changed due to negligence
Even after 6 days, no action was taken against the culprits of the fire and there was negligence in the investigation. Mathura District Magistrate Shailendra Singh has removed both the investigating officers. The DM has handed over the investigation to SP Rural Trigun Vishen and ADM Administration Vijay Shankar Dubey. Instructions have been given to complete the report within 7 days. DM Shailendra Singh says that the investigation of the case has been removed from SDM Preeti Jain and CO Alok Kumar. Opposition cornered the government on the accident
Opposition parties have cornered the government over no concrete action being taken even after 7 days of the accident, while also raising questions on the negligence of the district administration. Former Congress Legislature Party leader Pradeep Mathur has cornered the Yogi government on the fireworks fire incident. He says that the administration is continuously engaged in VIP movement. There are frequent visits of the Chief Minister, and now the Prime Minister of the country is coming. Administrative officers are not able to handle their arrangements. BJP does politics of votes on temple-mosque, Hindu-Muslim and death. He says that unaware of the accident, Brajraj Utsav program is being organised, in which MP Hema Malini is having fun.
SP demands compensation from MP Hema Malini
Senior Samajwadi Party leader Pradeep Chaudhary has said that MP Hema Malini’s sensibilities have completely died. People are dying continuously, and they are busy celebrating Brajraj Utsav program. He said that if there is even a little sympathy left in them, then a compensation of Rs 1 crore each should be given to the victim’s family and the incident should be properly and impartially investigated and strict action should be taken against the culprits. Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad Brajraj Mahotsav is being organized in Mathura district. In the programme, there is a possible visit of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 19th November and the visit of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 23rd November.
