Slight decline in AQI in Delhi
Pollution in the air of Delhi has reduced but it is still difficult for the people of Delhi to find peace. A slight decline has been seen in the AQI level, although the level of air pollution in many areas of Delhi NCR still remains between 300 to 350 on the Air Quality Index. A slight decline has been seen in it on Sunday morning. If we talk about Gurugram and Noida, the overall AQI here is 215 and 349.
If we talk about air pollution a day ago, it was around 398 in Delhi while it was 430 and 349 in Gurugram and Noida. With this decline in pollution, Group 4 restrictions have also ended in Delhi. The administration has also ordered to open schools from Monday. However, still no major decline has been seen in pollution. According to the Meteorological Department, the cold in Delhi has increased in the morning and evening.
Winter has also started in the entire Delhi NCR, a slight drop is being seen in the minimum temperature and for the last two-four days, fans have stopped running and people have taken out blankets in their homes. At present the Meteorological Department has not expressed any possibility of rain in Delhi. At present the weather will remain dry but light fog will be seen in the morning.
According to CPCB, AQI in many areas of Delhi was around 300 to 350 on Sunday morning. It has been 331 in ITO, 322 in RKpuram, 331 in Punjabi Bagh, Pusa Road 286, Jahangirpuri 356, Mundka 378, Anand Vihar 335, Wazirpur 347, Rohini 335. If we talk about the temperature on Sunday, then the minimum temperature is expected to be 12 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 28 degrees. After this, there is a possibility of drop in temperature from tomorrow.
