Environment Minister in Delhi Government, Gopal Rai said that the situation has changed ever since the Central Government has taken away the powers of Delhi by making a law on Delhi.
Gopal Rai claims that despite the cabinet decision, an officer got the smog tower and real time option study closed, but it was opened after the decision of the Supreme Court. That means it was closed intentionally. There is a clear instruction from the Chief Minister that all steps should be taken.
