Ingredients for making Dahi Paratha-
-2 cups flour
1 cup curd
-1/2 cup leftover lentils
-1 onion finely chopped
-1/4 tsp carom seeds
-3 green chilies chopped
1/4 cup turmeric
-1/2 cup ghee
-2 tbsp green coriander leaves
1 tbsp mint
-Oil

Recipe for making Dahi Paratha-
To make this, first of all, wash the mint and coriander leaves and chop them finely.
After this, sieve the flour in a vessel.
Then you add finely chopped onion, green chili, carom seeds, turmeric, 3-4 teaspoon ghee and salt as per taste.
After this, add curd, lentils, mint and coriander leaves to it.
Then mix all these things well and knead the dough.
After this, keep this kneaded dough aside for about 10 minutes.
Then after the specified time, knead the dough once again well.
After this, prepare equal balls of this dough and prepare it.
Then you roll out a dough like roti and give it a triangular shape.
After this, heat this paratha in a nonstick pan/tawa on medium flame.
Then you put some oil on the pan and cook the paratha by applying ghee from both the sides till it becomes golden.
Now your Dahi Paratha is ready.
Then you serve it hot with pickle or chutney.
