Ingredients for making Crunchy Spicy Bhindi-
-Bhindi 20-25
-Besan half cup
– half cup of rice flour
Red chili powder tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
– pinch of amchur powder
– salt to taste
-oil 2 tbsp
-1 tsp curd
1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
– oil for frying
Recipe to make Crunchy Spicy Bhindi –
To make this, first of all, wash the bhindi thoroughly and cut it lengthwise.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add gram flour and all the ingredients in it and mix well.
Then you keep this prepared mixture aside for about 5 to 10 minutes.
After this, after mixing this mixture well in the bhindi, put it in oil one by one and fry it.
Then when it goes to fry, take it out from the oil.
Now your crunchy spicy bhindi is ready.
Then you serve it with hot parathas.
