Ingredients for Creamy Mashed Potatoes-
Potatoes 750 grams
– 4 egg yolks
– Butter 4 tsp (melted)
– a pinch of red chili
– salt to taste
– water 1 tsp
-Fresh Curly Parsley
Recipe for Creamy Mashed Potatoes-
To make this, put potatoes in a cooker.
After that you add water to it and keep it to boil.
Then you cook them for about 10 minutes.
After this, put a little butter in a pan and melt it.
Then mash the potatoes with the help of potato masher.
After this, add butter and egg yolk, salt and pepper to it.
Then you put the mixture in the baking tray with the help of a spoon.
After this you preheat the oven to 200°C.
Then you apply butter on the potato mixture.
After this, you bake it for about 20 minutes till it becomes light brown.
Now your creamy mashed potatoes are ready.
