Noida Police on Tuesday sent a notice to YouTuber Elvish Yadav asking him to join the investigation into the suspected use of snake venom in rave parties. On the other hand, in the case of Elvish Yadav, complainant Gaurav Gupta reached Delhi High Court. He has filed an application in Delhi High Court demanding security. Complainant Gaurav Gupta said that he is continuously receiving death threats.
In fact, a case has been registered in Sector-49 police station against 6 named and some unknown people including famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav for organizing rave parties in Noida and other cities of NCR and inviting foreign girls in it. A case has been registered against everyone under the Wildlife Protection Act.

Let us tell you that the police has also applied for the custody of those five people, who have been arrested in the case and sent to judicial custody. Elvish Yadav, winner of the reality show Bigg Boss OTT, is one of the people named in the FIR lodged by the Noida Police regarding the suspected case of use of snake venom in rave parties.
Five people arrested on November 3
Police said that five people were arrested in this case on November 3 and the alleged role of Elvish Yadav in the case registered under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, is being investigated. According to the police, nine snakes, including five cobras, were recovered from a banquet hall at the venue of the party, while 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also seized.
Noida Police sent notice to Elvish Yadav
A senior Noida Police official here confirmed that a notice has been sent to Elvish Yadav under Section 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) to join the ongoing investigation in the case. The officer, requesting anonymity, said that we have also sought police custody of the five accused in the case, who were arrested last week.
