If not, then today we have brought you the recipe of making coconut shortbread. Coconut has a cooling effect, so consuming coconut in summer keeps your body cool from inside. They also look very crispy and fun in taste. You can easily make and eat these delicious shortbread as a snack to snack, so let’s know the recipe of making coconut shortbread-
Ingredients for making Coconut Shortbread-
1 cup grated coconut
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
-1 cup semolina
1 tsp curd
-1/2 cup water
– salt to taste
1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
-Oil
-2 tsp green coriander chopped
Coconut Shortbread Recipe-
To make this, first of all, take semolina in a vessel.
After this, you add curd and salt to it and mix well.
Then you add water little by little and knead it like a dough.
After this, keep this dough aside for about half an hour.
Then you put grated coconut in a big bowl.
After this you add salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala to it.
Along with this, add salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
After this, take semolina dough and make small balls and roll them lightly.
Then you prepare shortbread in desired shape by stuffing coconut in it.
After this, put these kachoris in hot oil and fry them on medium flame till golden brown from both the sides.
Now your hot Coconut Shortcake is ready.
