Ingredients for making Chili Chaap-
-Soya Chaap 250 grams
1 capsicum
-Carrot 2
– finely chopped 1 onion
-ketchup 1 tbsp
– Vinegar 1 tsp
-oil 1 tbsp
– Cumin 1 tsp
– salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
-garam masala 1/2 tsp
-Garlic paste 1 tsp
Recipe for making chili chaap-
To make this, first cut the soya chaap into pieces and boil it in half.
After this, cut the vegetables into cube shape and keep them aside.
Then you put oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add cumin and 1 tsp garlic paste and fry it well.
Then add onion to it and fry it well.
After this, add carrot, capsicum, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix it.
Then you add chaat masala, ketchup, vinegar and add soya chaap and mix it well.
After this, crush the kasoori fenugreek with your hands and put it in it.
Then you cover it and cook it for 2 minutes, so that all the flavors get mixed together.
Now your Chilli Chaap is ready.
