Ingredients for making Chicken Samosa-
– Chicken 350 grams ground
Onion chopped 1 medium
Potato 1 medium chopped
– salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
– Coriander powder tsp
Green chili 1 seedless and chopped
-Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder tsp
– Enough oil for frying the samosas
– Maida 1 cup
-Salt
-Cumin
– Ghee 2 tbsp
– little hot water
Recipe for making Chicken Samosa-
To make this, put ghee in a pan and heat it.
After this, add onions and fry till it becomes transparent.
Then you add potatoes to it and fry for two minutes.
After this, add ground chicken to it and cook on medium heat for about three minutes.
Then you add all the spices in it and stir for a minute.
After this, cook it on low flame till the chicken is cooked and the potatoes become soft.
After this, take flour in a bowl to prepare the samosa dough.
Then you add salt and cumin to it and mix it well.
After this, gradually add water to it and knead a smooth dough.
Keep in mind that the dough should be a little hard.
Then you cover this dough and keep it aside for about 15 to 20 minutes.
After this, make small balls from this dough.
Then with the help of rolling pin, roll these balls into medium thickness balls of about 6 inches.
After this you use a knife to cut this circle in half.
Then you take half and make it in the shape of a cone.
After this, stuffing according to the need of the prepared mixture in it.
Then you seal the edges of the dough with the help of water.
After this, cover the samosa with a cloth and keep it for about 20 minutes.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
After this, add samosas to it and fry till it becomes golden brown.
Then you take them out on a tissue paper.
After this, you serve them hot with your favorite chutney.
