You like to eat it with great enthusiasm from snacks to main course. It is a great combination of Chinese and non-vet. It can be easily prepared by adding vegetables, noodles and chicken, so let’s know the recipe of making Chicken Chowmein-
Ingredients for Chicken Chowmein-
-1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless
-oil 3 tbsp
-Chowmein Noodles
Cabbage 2 cups
Carrot 1 large julienned
Green onion 1/2 cup
– 2 cloves of garlic
-Oister sauce 6 tbsp
-Low sodium soy sauce 3 tbsp
Light sesame oil 3 tbsp (not toasted)
-Chicken Broth 1/2 cup
-cornstarch 1 tbsp
-granulated sugar 1 tbsp
Recipe for making Chicken Chowmein-
To make this, first of all take a small mixing bowl.
Then you add oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch.
After this, mix it with the help of a whisk and keep it aside.
Then you take out the noodles from the packet and cook according to the instructions.
After this, you filter them and wash them with cold water and keep aside.
Then put olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
After this, cut the chicken breast into strips.
Then you put them in oil and cook till they become golden brown.
After this you remove the strips and keep aside.
Then add carrots, cabbage and garlic to the pan.
After that you fry them for few minutes till they become soft.
Then you put the chicken and noodles back in the pan.
After this, add sauce and all the ingredients on top of it and cook for 2 minutes.
Now your Chicken Chowmein is ready.
Then garnish them with chopped green onions and serve hot.
