If not then today we have brought for you a very simple recipe for making Chicken Cheese Tikki. In the winter season, the taste of this tikki will be pleasing to your mind. It is very tasty and spicy, so let’s know the recipe of making Chicken Cheese Tikki-
Ingredients to make Chicken Cheese Tikki-
-3 to 4 medium sized boiled mashed potatoes
– salt to taste
– oil for frying
-1/2 cup bread crumbs
-1/2 cup all purpose flour/cornflour (for binding)
-1/2 cup boiled shredded chicken
1 tsp chopped green chili
-1/2 tsp mixed herbs
-1/2 tsp chili flakes
-2 tbsp grated cheese
-2 tbsp coriander leaves
-1/2 tsp chaat masala
Recipe to make Chicken Cheese Tikki-
To make this, first of all take a mixing bowl.
Then you add mashed potatoes, chili, cooked chicken, capsicum, salt and herbs to it.
After this, add chili flakes, chaat masala, all purpose flour, green coriander, cornflour and bread crumbs to it and mix well.
Then you apply some oil on your hands and divide the mixture into 10-12 equal parts.
After this you give them the shape of 1/2 inch thick tikki.
Then you coat it with a solution of breadcrumbs / maida / cornflour and water.
After this, you cool it by keeping it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you put the tikki in it and deep fry / shallow fry it.
After this, when it becomes golden brown, take it out on kitchen paper.
Then you serve it hot with chutney/dips/sauce.
