Kabirdham. of Chhattisgarh The accused who supplied stolen gas in Kabirdham district were caught by the police. The Bodla police of the district received information that the LPG gas vehicle going to Madhya Pradesh on the highway was being supplied with stolen gas, on the basis of which on January 3, the police caught a gas tanker vehicle in suspicious condition on the highway ahead of Bodla. Apart from this, along with the search of the tanker, the police detained three persons roaming around the tanker.
The accused, after rigorous interrogation, revealed that they used to form a gang in connivance with the gas truck driver from Kawardha to Mandla National Highway at the inter-state level by illegally refilling the cylinders and consuming the cylinders at various places in big cities.
A case was registered against the three accused in the police station Bodla and investigation was done, in which it was found that one of the accused in this entire case was working as a delivery buyer in Kawardha gas agency Kabirdham.
On interrogation, the police came to know that money was being earned illegally by refilling gas in empty cylinders kept in the agency and selling them easily to customers in rural and urban areas.
At the same time, during the interrogation, the involvement of the Sarsangh driver of the gas agency Navneet Gupta was also found in the gas theft case, on the basis of which the Bodla police arrested him and produced him before the court and sent him to jail.
