You can enjoy this pickle with roti, paratha or rice as well. It will add flavor to your boring food too, so let’s know the recipe of making cauliflower pickle-
Ingredients for making Cauliflower Pickle-
-3 cups cauliflower cut into small pieces
-1 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
-3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
– salt to taste
– red chili powder paste
-1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
-10 garlic cloves
Cauliflower Pickle Recipe-
To make this, first wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces.
Then you keep it soaked in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
After this, you pat dry before cooking the cabbage.
Then in a big pan add oil and fry the cauliflower.
After this, drain its oil and keep it aside.
Then put some oil in the same pan and heat it.
After this, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and garlic paste to it.
Then you squeeze lemon juice in it. After that you add cauliflower and mix it.
After this, fill this pickle in a clean and dry jar and store it in the fridge.
