In homes, most of the cauliflower parathas, pakodas or aloo gobi are eaten as a vegetable. But if you want, you can also eat cabbage cooked in rice. So today we have brought you the recipe of making Cabbage Fried Masala Rice. Rice is very much liked by both adults and children. It is a healthy and tasty food full of nutrition. Ingredients for making Cabbage Fried Masala Rice-
-500 grams cauliflower (grated)
-2 tsp oil
-1 tsp butter
-1/2 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
– 1 tsp green chili (chopped)
-1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
– salt to taste
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-4 to 5 curry leaves
1 to 2 red chilies (chopped)
-2 small tomatoes (seeds removed)
-1/4 tsp garam masala powder
-2 tsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
-2 tbsp Roasted and ground peanuts
-2 tsp pumpkin seeds/melon seeds
Recipe to make Cabbage Fried Masala Rice-
To make this, first of all, heat oil and butter in a pan.
Then add all the tempering ingredients one by one and let it crackle and splutter for 1 minute.
After this, add cauliflower, salt, tomato and all the powdered spices to it and mix well.
Then you cover it and boil it for about 4-6 minutes.
After this, if needed, add some water to it and mix all the spices.
Then you add peanuts, coriander, lemon juice and mixed seeds of your choice.
After this, you cook it well for about 3-4 minutes.
Then you pour ghee on it and serve it hot.
