Ingredients for Bread Barfi –
-5 pieces bread
-2 cups milk
-2 tsp coconut powder
-1 tbsp Ghee
-2 to 3 pinch cardamom powder
– sugar as per taste
-10 to 20 cashews (finely chopped)
-10 pistachio almonds (finely chopped)
Bread Barfi Recipe –
To make it, first of all, heat milk in a pan and heat it.
Then you heat this milk until it becomes thick.
After this, put the bread in a mixer and make powder.
Then when the milk becomes thick, you add bread powder to it and mix.
Along with this, add cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
Then when the milk is completely absorbed in the bread, then you add sugar and mix it.
After this you add coconut powder and ghee and mix it.
Then you reduce the flame of the gas and cook it while stirring it for about 6 to 7 minutes.
After this you turn off the gas and run it in a hot pan for about two to three times.
Then you take a plate or plate and grease it well with ghee.
After this, you put the mixture of barfi in it and spread it well.
Then you put cashews, pistachios and almonds on it.
After this, you leave it in room temperature to cool for half an hour.
Then cut it into desired shape and serve it.
