A state in Eastern India: A unique type of official notice issued by an official of the Buxar Civil Court has created a ruckus. In the notice, the court staff were asked to clean the temples near the city’s Circuit House. In this it was falsely claimed that the Chief Justice of Patna High Court had given such directions.

However, this order issued on 6 January was withdrawn in another order of 10 January, but by then the staff of the court had cleaned the temple.

The order of January 6 was signed by the Officer-in-Charge (Administration) of Buxar Civil Court. It was said that if on 9.01.2022 all the officers of the court are not busy for hearing in their respective courts, they, along with the staff of their respective courts, as per the directions of the Chief Justice of Patna High Court, should clean the temples built next to the Circuit House. do.

Following the instructions, the Bhairav temple was cleaned by the court staff on 9 January. When this order came to the notice of lawyers and others, they raised questions on it.

According to sources, the notice was brought to the notice of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol, who ordered its immediate withdrawal. Due to this, the order was withdrawn by issuing another notice on January 10, the very next day after cleaning the temple.

In this notice, the District Judge of Buxar denied that the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court had given any such order to clean the temple.

It has been written in the new notice that the related notice was someone’s mischief, the matter is being investigated.

Sources further said that in December last year, the Chief Justice had come to Buxar and had visited some temples and historical places. After that he also went to the circuit house and gunpowder house. There is an old Bhairav temple adjacent to the gunpowder house, the Chief Justice had also visited that temple.

“He saw the garbage in the middle of the temple and the gunpowder house and expressed his displeasure and questioned the court staff present for cleaning,” the source said.

Additional District Judge and Secretary of the District Judicial Service Society, Dharmendra Tiwari, terming the notice as a clerical error. the wire Said to, ‘I and the district judge were ill. Staff issued notice. It was only a clerical error. As soon as we came to know, we withdrew the notice.

Tiwari confirmed the claim made by the source that the Chief Justice had asked to clear the garbage near the temple.

“We had informed the local municipality. The district judge then asked a court employee to issue a notice in this regard. That employee must have mistakenly thought that since Chief Justice Bhairav had come to the temple, he must have given the order, so that employee issued the notice.

When Tiwari was asked why it took four days to withdraw the notice, he said that I and the district judge were on leave. So we could not see the notice earlier.

He denied that the staff had cleaned the temple. But some officials had posted photos of cleaning the temple on social media, in which they themselves were talking about cleaning the Bhairav temple.
