The process of the first phase of teacher recruitment in Bihar has been completed. 1.22 lakh teachers have been recruited in the state. Now in the second phase, applications are going on for recruitment to about 70000 posts. Now preparations are being made for bumper vacancy in the police department of Bihar. There are going to be vacancies of more than 19000 Sub Inspectors in Bihar Police soon.
Bihar’s Additional Director General of Police, Headquarters Jitendra Singh Gangwar has given information related to this in a press conference organized at the Police Headquarters. Jitendra Singh said that recruitment will be done on 19288 posts under the state’s Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) project.
Recruitment on these posts in Bihar Police
The application process for recruitment to the posts of Total Sub Inspector in Bihar Police will start soon. Let us tell you that there is going to be recruitment on 68360 posts in Bihar Police. There will be recruitment on posts like Sub Inspector, Constable and Driver Constable. In this, recruitment has been done on about 22,500 posts.
Necessary action is also being taken in relation to 19,288 posts created for the second phase of ERSS project (Police Inspector-259, Police Sub Inspector-1829, Constable-9992, Driver Constable 2353 and others), 884 four-wheelers and 550 two-wheelers. (2/3)#Bihar @BiharHomeDept @IPRD_Bihar

According to the new recruitment in Bihar Police, 19288 posts of Sub Inspector are vacant. There will be recruitment for 259 posts of Police Inspector, 1829 posts of Sub Inspector, 9992 posts of Constable and 2353 posts of Driver Constable. However, the details of when the application process will start to fill these posts and till when one can apply for it have not been released.
Who will do the recruitment?
Most of the recruitments in Bihar Police are done through the Central Selection Board of Police Constable i.e. CSBC. Apart from this, Bihar Police Staff Selection Commission (BPSSC) also issues notifications for recruitment in the police department. In such a situation, the youth waiting for recruitment in Bihar Police should keep an eye on the official websites of these departments. Recently, notification was issued for recruitment to 1275 posts of Sub Inspector in Bihar Police Department. Applications for this vacancy were taken till 5 November 2023.
