Eating this will change the taste of your mouth, so let’s know the recipe of making Achari Aloo Tikka-
Ingredients for making Achari Aloo Tikka-
-10-12 potatoes (small sized)
-1 cup curd
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chaat powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
-1/2 tsp dry fenugreek powder
-2 tbsp mixed pickle paste
-2 tbsp besan flour
-2 tbsp butter
-mustard oil
– salt to taste
Recipe to make Achari Aloo Tikka-
To make this, first of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly.
After this, you put them in the cooker to boil.
Then put curd in a mixing bowl and beat it well.
After this, add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, gram flour, turmeric and garam masala to it.
Along with this, add dry fenugreek powder, mix pickle paste and salt as per taste and mix well.
Then you add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil to it and mix it well to prepare a thick paste.
After this, peel the boiled potatoes and take them out in a vessel.
Then add the potato to the curd paste and mix it well in the made mixture.
After this, keep the potatoes aside for about 20 minutes to marinate.
Then you put butter on a baking tray and set the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
After this, put the marinated potatoes one by one on the bering tray.
Then you place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
After this, take them out after the stipulated time and check them with a toothpick.
Then when they are cooked, then you put butter in them.
Now your delicious Achari Aloo Tikka is ready.
Then you serve it hot with green chutney.
