New Delhi: DeAssembly elections are to be held in five states of the country. Before this, the central employees can get a gift. The salary of the employees of the center may increase. It is being said that the minimum basic salary of central employees can be 26 thousand rupees instead of 18 thousand rupees. According to the information, the fitment factor of central and state government employees can be increased.
Explain that only fitment factor is used to increase the salary of central employees. According to the reports, the employee organizations will hold a meeting with the representatives of the government in this matter, after which there is a possibility that a big increase can be done in the minimum salary. If the Modi government increases the fitment factor, then the minimum basic salary of the employees i.e. basic salary can increase to 26,000.
Central and state employees have been demanding for a long time to increase the basic salary. They demand that their fitment factor be increased from 2.57 per cent to 3.68 per cent.
It is being told that the government can consider the fitment factor of central employees. The fitment factor of central employees may get approval from the Union Cabinet. After the approval of the cabinet, it can be included in the expenditure. If the basic pay increases, the dearness allowance will also increase. Dearness Allowance is equal to 31 per cent of Basic Pay.
