Besan Chilla Ingredients
Gram flour – half cup
Onion – 2 chopped
Green chili – 1 to 2
salt – a pinch
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Water – 1/4 cup water
ghee or oil
Easy way to make gram flour chilla

Take a mixing bowl. Put gram flour in it. After this add green chillies, salt, gram flour, chopped onion and turmeric powder. Mix it properly.

Now add water to it. Keep stirring it continuously. While stirring it, keep in mind that there should not be any lump in it. Use water according to need.

Now keep the pan on medium flame. Add ghee or oil to it and heat it.
