- 2 packets – Maggi masala
- 1 cup – Mix veg (finely chopped)
- 2 spoons – oil
- 1 cup – Soybean
- 1 tsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
- salt to taste
- 1- Red chili powder
- 1- Onion (chopped)
- water as required
- Before making Maggi, soak soybeans. After this, wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.
- Then heat one spoon of oil in the pan. After this, put chopped onion, chopped mix veg, soyabean everything in the pan.
- When the vegetables are cooked, you have to add soyabean, Maggi masala, soya sauce and chili etc. and cook the ingredients for some time.
- After this, add pieces of Maggi in the pan and mix it well with the vegetables. Now add 1 cup of water and leave Maggi to cook.
- After just 10 minutes your Soya Maggi will be ready to eat. You can serve it with hot sauce.
