Routine is important: Before starting yoga or exercise, make sure that you will do it regularly. Or will follow its routine. In this way the muscles get strengthened and the body also gets flexible. In this way you will be able to feel healthy too.
Warm up: Both body and mind can be kept healthy through yoga, but warm-up is necessary before doing any physical activity. Warming up before doing yoga is good for muscles and joints.
