We all want a healthy and young look on the face, but this will not happen only with skin care and makeup, you can do some easy face yoga and exercises to reduce unwanted fats, fine lines, puffy or sunken eyes and wrinkles from your face. Try it.
fish face
- First of all, sit on the mat in a comfortable position.
- You can sit in Sukhasan or Padmasan.
- Now shrink your lips and cheeks inwards i.e. give the shape of fish lips to the face.
- Lips should be like fish. Hold for about 30 seconds and then come back to normal.
- Do this 3-5 times in the beginning. You can increase it later.
kissing high
- Sit in Sukhasana or you can do it even while standing.
- Slowly move the head backwards.
- The face should be towards the ceiling.
- Now make a kissing shape with the lips. Feel like you are kissing the ceiling.
- Stay in this state for 5-7 seconds.
- Then relax. Initially repeat 5-7 times.
- Increase later.
kissing strait
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Keeping the breath normal, tilt the head backwards and kiss upwards first.
- Then relax. Now while exhaling, kiss the front side.
- Relax and then repeat the same process.

- Slowly move the neck backwards.
- Your face should be towards the ceiling.
- Look at the ceiling and make an O shape with your lips.
- Stay in this position for a few seconds, then relax.
- Do it 5-7 times in the beginning. Increase later.
lion pose

- Take a deep breath.
- Now while exhaling, open the mouth as much as possible and take out the tongue as well.
- Stretch the tongue as much as possible.
- Along with this, make a sound like the roar of a lion.
- This will stretch the muscles of the face and they will be toned.
- Stay in this state for some time and then relax.
- Do this 2-4 times.
Let’s Pout
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Take your neck backwards and look towards the ceiling.
- Now bring the lips in pout shape.
- Stay in this state for some time, then relax.
- You can do it in another way – puff up your cheeks and pout.
- Exhale the air from the cheeks.
- Do this 5-7 times and then relax.
blow air
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Now fill air in the mouth.
- Take the head back and look towards the ceiling.
- Become stable and slowly release the air filled in the mouth.
- Repeat this process 5-7 times.
air flow
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Fill air in the mouth.
- Close the lips and transfer the air from one cheek to the other.
- First inflate one cheek, then by moving the air towards the other cheek, inflate the other cheek.
- Keep doing this for a few seconds, then release the air slowly.
mouth wash
- Sit comfortably.
- Fill air in the mouth and then make movements while doing the same as you rinse.
- Here instead of water, there will be air in your mouth.
- Relax after a while.
- Repeat this 3-5 times.
tongue twister
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Open the mouth and apply your tongue to the upper palate.
- Now touch the tongue with the palate with pressure.
- You will feel a stretch. The more you stick the tongue to the palate with a tight stretch, the more benefits you will get, because it will stretch the face muscles and they will be toned.
- Come back to normal after a while.
- Do this action 2-3 times.
balloon pose
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Fill your cheeks with air and inflate them like a balloon.
- Moisten the lips as much as possible.
- Now tap your cheeks with your hands for 30 seconds.
- Relax and repeat it 2-3 times.
neckline
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Place the fingers of both the hands on the lowest part of the neck and move the head backwards.
- While moving the head back, gently pull the skin of the neck downwards with the fingers.
- Come back to normal.
- Repeat this two more times.
lip twist
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Keep the face straight.
- Pull your lower lip outward as much as possible.
- Try to pull the lips outward as much pressure is felt on the chin.
- Keep the fingers on the collar bone. Take the head backwards.
- Pull the chin upwards. Take 4 long breaths and come back to normal state.
- Do this 2-3 times.
C shape
- Sit comfortably.
- Keeping the face relaxed, make a C shape around the eyes with the fingers.
- Try to open the eyes as much as possible.
- Remain in this position for a few seconds.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times.
chick lip
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Body should be straight.
- Breath normal.
- Pull the cheeks and lips inward.
- Stay in this state for a few seconds.
- Repeat this 5-7 times.
neck roll
- Sit in a comfortable position.
- Keep the back, neck and face straight.
- Rotate your neck clockwise first and then anticlockwise for the same number of times.
- Relax a bit and repeat it 2-3 times.
broad smile
- Sit comfortably.
- Now give as many broad smiles as possible.
- After this, keep the index fingers of both the hands on the cheeks.
- Now with the help of fingers, lift your cheeks upwards towards your eyes.
- Remain in this position for a few seconds, then relax.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times.
o invert
- Sit in Sukhasana.
- Covering the teeth with lips, make the shape of O on the inside.
- In this situation, try to smile as much as possible. Stay in this state for some time, then relax.
- Repeat this process 4-5 times.
i focus
- Sit comfortably.
- Place the index fingers of both the hands under both the eyes.
- Covering the teeth with your lips, move both the lips away from each other in the inside. As if making an O inwards.
- Now try to look at the ceiling above the eyes without moving the head and neck.
- Remain in this position for a few seconds.
- After relaxing, do it 2-3 times.
forehead
- Sit comfortably.
- Keep face straight.
- Place all four fingers of both the hands on the forehead between the eyebrows and hairline.
- Applying slight pressure, massage outwards.
- Relax and repeat this 5-7 times.
jaw line
- Sit comfortably.
- Now while smiling, place the index finger on the chin.
- Tilt the head back slightly and move the jaw up and down.
- Relax.
- Do this process 2-3 times.
