Ingredients of Spinach Salt Pare
Flour – 400 grams
Gram flour – 100 grams
Refined oil – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
salt as needed
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Spinach puree – half cup
Semolina – 2 teaspoons
Cumin – half teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Kalonji – half teaspoon
How to make Palak Namak Pare

To make Crispy Namak Pare, take refined flour in a bowl. Add gram flour, spinach puree, semolina, cumin, fennel, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt and 2 teaspoons oil to it. Mix all these things well. Make a hard dough out of it.

Keep this dough covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave it like this for 15 minutes. After this, make small balls from this dough. After this, roll them in the shape of roti. Now cut them in the shape of your choice. After this keep them aside.

Now heat the oil on medium flame. Fry them till they turn golden. Soak more oil from it. Now add chaat masala to increase the taste of salt pepper. Now serve them with hot tea. Everyone will really like these pares.
