raw denim
Raw or Selvage denim is considered to be high quality jeans. Such jeans are designed in such a way that they can be worn for a long time. It is believed that raw or selvage denim should not be washed for at least 6 months. Most of the people who like denim do not wash it year after year.
regular denim
Regular denim jeans are pre-washed or pre-shrunk, they can be washed more times than raw or selvage denim. For most people, washing regular denim every three to four wears is sufficient. However, if the jeans are particularly dirty or smelly, they should be washed sooner.
white denim
White denim jeans should be washed after every wear as they show stains and dirt more easily than other colours. To keep white denim bright or clean, it is necessary to wash them.
