The University of California-San Francisco and the San Francisco VA Medical Center did research on about one lakh 60 thousand. All of them had some connection with this dangerous chemical. In the result, there were about 430 people in whom the risk of Parkinson’s was found to be increased by about 70 percent. Researcher Samuel M. Goldman says that TCE is a common chemical that is widely used in the US and other countries around the world. Its production has increased a lot in the last few years.
