    Watermelon is a very liked fruit in the summer season. It keeps our body hydrated. Although, eating this fruit will not cause any harm to the body, but due to the high amount of water in it, you may feel hungry soon.

    Mango, the king of fruits, is also eaten a lot in the summer season. But a cup of mango can contain 100 calories. Apart from this, it contains 23 grams of sugar. That’s why even eating mangoes in breakfast cannot be a healthy option.
