    Living under stress has become a part of people’s life. Due to the busy lifestyle, we are not able to take time away from family and even for ourselves. All the time work and lack of self-care affects the health of our mind. Because of this, stress starts to occur. If the level of stress is not reduced, it can make a patient till depression.

    It is not easy to get relief from this and people take counseling from specialist to stay stress free. By the way, by following a small routine, you can eliminate stress in just 3 minutes. Know what is it and how can we follow its routine?

    Deep breathing exercise is the solution to stress

    By doing deep breathing exercises, we can make the body feel relaxed. If you want to make a habit of it, then include it in daily work. Its biggest advantage is that by doing this you can feel stress free in a pinch. By doing this exercise for a few minutes daily, you can keep yourself away from many serious diseases.

    5 easy steps to do deep breathing exercise

    First of all, sit at a place and close your eyes. If you want, you can also keep your eyes open.

    After this, take a long breath through the nose while counting 4 and try to hold it for about 7 seconds.

    Now exhale slowly. If you want, you can count up to 6 for this.

    Repeat this exercise again and do it for a while.

    Now start breathing normal and pay some attention to them. In no time you will feel stress free.

    By the way, you can also do breathing exercise in yoga. There are many such yogasanas in which we can easily do breathing exercises. This will not only relieve stress but will also benefit health. We should follow the routine of physical activities daily in some way or the other.
