Babar was not particularly interested in marriage. A daughter was born after three years of marriage with wife Ayesha, but she died within just 40 days. Babar fell in love with a boy at the age of 17
It is written in the Baburnama that at the age of 17, Babur fell in love with a boy. The name of that boy was Babri Andijani. Attracted to him. In his biography, Babar wrote that he developed an attachment to a boy named Babri in the Urdu market. I had never felt such attraction with anyone before meeting him. Whenever he used to come in front of me, I could not even look at him directly due to shame.
In the report of OpIndia, Heramba Chaturvedi of Allahabad University, who has studied Baburnama, says that Babur mentioned many shortcomings of his wives. He described his wife as stubborn and a fighter. He used to pray to Allah to save a true Muslim from angry and disgruntled wives.
