There is often talk about the rights of women in the country, but voices are also being raised for a long time regarding the rights of men. Together these organizations campaigned for the rights of men. The issue of men’s rights revolves around the misuse of the laws made for women.
Activists raising their voice for their rights say that some laws were made for the safety of women, which are being misused. As a result, men are getting harassed. This includes IPC sections 498A, 375 and 376 and the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005.
He says that most of the cases registered under these sections are false. These cases corroborate his arguments with the number of acquittals.
How does Save Indian Family Movement work?

Apart from SIF, Men Welfare Trust (MWT) was started in India. Wasif Ali, who started the SIF movement in India, formed the Men Welfare Trust in Delhi in 2017. Both organizations believe that efforts have not been made to understand the problems men are facing.
