According to the India Talent Trends 2023 report, loyalty has lost its luster among many employees in the country, as a significant percentage of employees in India are now being lured with the promise of better pay and conditions. Companies can count on fewer people in their current work force this year. Which focuses on key trends and developments in the job market, is based on a survey conducted across 70,000 participants globally, including 4,000 Indian respondents.
Of the 4,000 Indian respondents, 75 percent are active job seekers, including employees currently looking for a job (64 percent) and those looking for a job in the next six months (11 percent). The remaining 23 percent are waiting for the right opportunity. Earlier in times of pandemic, employers were largely in control, but now the control has shifted in favor of talent. The report has shown that about 63 percent of the people who changed jobs in 2022 have also searched for new opportunities.
Big label employees included
At present, the employees of private companies are not backing down at all to take risks. He is constantly on the lookout for new job opportunities.
