Importance of traveling to Papua New Guinea
Through Papua New Guinea, India wants to reduce China’s dominant strategy. In the 14 countries that have been mentioned as participating in the FIPIC summit, China has been gradually increasing its dominance over the past few years. The Chinese government is engaged in capturing the market there by investing in these countries.
Papua New Guinea is a small country, the population here is just 15 million. China is increasing its business here. But now the purpose of this visit of the Indian Prime Minister is being linked to the strategy of reducing the influence of China.
The special thing is that US President Joe Biden has canceled his visit, in such a situation the visit to India is being considered very important. When there was an economic crisis in this country with small islands in the South Pacific region, China had captured the market of these countries on the pretext of helping here.
China’s effort has been to reduce the influence of America and the countries of the West on these 14 countries, but now America’s effort is to rein China’s expansionism here. By taking forward Japan, Australia and India, America wants to eliminate the Chinese shadow from these countries.
