Music is considered to be the therapy of health, some people sit and enjoy music in free time while some like to dance to the tune of music in parties. Do you know that rats also do the same, scientists claim that rats also listen to music and they can also dance. Like humans, these creatures can also dance according to the tune and rhythm. It has been revealed in the research of scientists that just like humans, rhythm is inbuilt in rats too. To test this, scientists put motion sensors on the heads of 20 people. Apart from this, 10 rats were also included in this experiment. When a Mozart sonata was played on the piano, both humans and rats were seen dancing to the same tune. (Photo-Pixabay)
Japanese scientists had fixed the minute at 132 beats for this, they claim that when these beats were reduced, there was a change in the dancing speed of rats along with humans. Scientists pointed out that many animals can be trained to dance or react to music, but rats have it inbuilt. (Photo-Pixabay)
According to Professor Hirokazu Takahashi of the University of Tokyo, this is the first report of innate beat synchronization in animals without training or music. He has clearly displayed it from 120 to 140 BPM. (Photo-Pixabay)
Professor Hirokazu Takahashi claims that just as humans are genetically predisposed to feel music, mice are also genetically predisposed to it. That’s why not only do rats listen to human music, but they can also dance. (Photo-Pixabay)
