Even at this stage of life, his enthusiasm and passion inspires people and tells that age is nothing more than just a number.
If you look at the records of Everest conquerors, you will find that Sherpas are experts in this. Know, after all, who are Sherpas and how they make records by reaching the highest peak of the world.
Who are Sherpas?
Sherpa is a special community known for living in the snowy regions of the Himalayas. They especially live in the Himalayan region of Nepal and Tibet. They especially work to help the climbers by showing them the way. This is the only means of their livelihood. Till now there have been many Sherpas who have made records by conquering Everest.
Sherpas are especially known for climbing high altitudes. Helping domestic and foreign tourists is their main source of income. According to the report of the Himalayan database, Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing climbed Everest for the first time in 1953.
How do Sherpas make records by conquering Everest?
The biggest question is that it is difficult for a common man to conquer the world’s highest peak, how do these Sherpas create history there. The most difficult situation in the journey to reach the world’s highest peak is the lack of oxygen. According to the report of CNN, only 6 percent of the people who reach here are such who do not need to be given oxygen separately.
As the climbers reach the height, they start struggling with altitude sickness. But this does not happen in the case of Sherpas. Due to living in such a place for centuries, his body has become ready to stay at the height and climb here. Genetically their body has been prepared for this.

In 2013, research was done on 180 climbers to understand why they are so powerful. In this, 116 climbers from the plains and 64 Sherpas were included. Planned to send them to Everest Base Camp. During the climb of 5300 meters, all physical abilities were considered.
Research report says, when a person breathes, energy is generated. This is due to the mitochondria present in the body. Research revealed that Sherpa’s mitochondria work better than other climbers. Their body gives them more energy. The process is exactly the same as for a better average car. This is the reason that they require less oxygen and get more energy.
In other research on Sherpas, it was found that at high altitude, blood circulation usually starts decreasing in other climbers, but this does not happen with Sherpas.
