Tickets can be booked through digital means
UPSRTC General Manager IT Yuzvendra Kumar told that through this app passengers will be able to book tickets through digital medium. After registering, he will be able to use all the facilities available on the app. The most important feature is regarding ticket booking in this app. Right now you buy tickets through cash or digital medium during the journey in the bus itself. However, information about many difficulties was found in it.

Similarly, many times the problem of network had to be faced in cashless also. With the introduction of the app, you will get rid of all these hassles. Passengers will be able to use QR code, UPI, credit card, debit card or any other digital medium to book tickets through the app. After booking the ticket, passengers will not need to take the printout of the ticket. They can do their journey by showing the status of ticket booking on the app itself.
Passengers will get facility to give feedback of journey
Apart from this, the second most important feature in this app is related to the feedback of the passengers. If a passenger wants to give any information related to his journey, then that facility has been given in the app. In his feedback, he can give information about the crew.
